Rajma 250 gms
Garlic ½ tsp
Mirchi ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Dhania powder ½ tsp
Tomatoes 1
Tomato puree ½ tsp
Boil the rajma first. Add salt to
it. Make a paste of the above masalas (ingredients). After the rajma is
boiled, heat oil in a pan and put in the masala. Add little water to the
masala and cook it well on a low flame. Then add the boiled rajma. Add
water and let it cook on a low flame. Serve with roti or rice.
