Ingredients:
Small Paneer Cubes 1 cup
Onion Paste 4 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste 2tsp
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder a pinch
kasoori methi (Fenugeek) 2 tsp
Almond powder - 1 tsp
Dry resins -1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Any vegetable cooking oil 1 tsp
Method:
1. Use medium heat.Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Add the
onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and stir for some time till
the time you get a golden yellow color.
2. Then add haldi, chilli powder and tomato puree and cook
till the oil seperates.
3. Add Almond powder and mix it well
4. Add milk, sugar, kasoori methi, salt and paneer cubes and
simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Total cooking time - 15 minutes.
