Ingredients
200 gm paneer ( cut into cubes)
2 bundles spinach
1 onion,
1tsp ginger garlic paste,
2 tomatoes,
1/2 cup milk,
1/2 tsp red chilli,
1/2 tsp garam masala,
oil salt to taste
Method :
Boil palak leaves for few minutes or in
pressure and then grind to a paste. Deep fry the paneer
till golden brown. Then puree the tomatoes. Heat oil in a
pan and add the chopped onions. When it turns pinkish, add
th e garlic ginger paste and chilli powder. Then add tomato
puree and cook till oil leaves the pan. Now add garam masa
la and palak. Mix well. Add milk and let it cook until it
is of a thick con sistency. Add salt. Lastly add paneer
just before serving to avoid sogginess….Enjoy!!! |
